Return Policy

Important

Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these conditions at the time of purchase.

Returns

Timeframe

You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions

The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be carefully cleaned before the return process begins.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and some personal care items.

How to Start a Return

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@bennett-harbour.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Your complete contact details

Refunds

Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If it is still not received, contact us at info@bennett-harbour.com.

Fees

Return Shipping Costs

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We strongly recommend returning your parcel with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be shipped back to China. Return costs start at €20 and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated processing system.
